Job Overview

The Human Resources Senior Executive / HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and selection, employee record management, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.
• Support recruitment and selection activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Assist in coordinating training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Assist with employee documentation and other HR administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address HR-related requirements and support employee needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or general HR administration will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in employee engagement and people development.
