Job Description
Customer Service Representative - Mission Support & Service Operations
What you'll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer requests efficiently
- Process purchase orders, contracts, and payments while ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Generate shipping documentation and support order fulfilment activities
- Coordinate closely with technicians, peers, and internal departments
- Manage customer data and documentation for international return requests
- Screen customers, systems, and transactions in accordance with trade regulations
- Help reduce spare parts backlog and maintain service workflow efficiency
- Process government receipts and shipments through PIEE
- Maintain reports and support additional service-related activities as needed
What you need
- Required: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Required: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Required: Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Required: Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs
- Advantage: Experience in customer service or service operations
- Advantage: Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Range:
$44,500.00-$59,300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
