We’re currently looking for a Business Relationships Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Education team, under the Relationships directorate. The post-holder will be based in our Egypt office.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to and shape a rapidly expanding market by cultivating high‑impact partnerships that strengthen recruitment, progression, retention and education outcomes. The post-holder will have the chance to make a meaningful, strategic impact within a priority area of the organisation, by exploring new segments, delivery models and innovative ways of working as the landscape evolves. The role is within a high‑paced and varied environment which offers substantial autonomy and accountability.
The Job
Reporting to the Education Relationships Lead, Middle East and Eurasia, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
- Identifies and progresses opportunities to grow ACCA’s business through education partnerships ensuring a clear and mutually beneficial proposition
- Plans and actively manages multi-level relationships for existing and potential education partners
- Promotes the ACCA qualification, products and services to partners, encouraging take-up through presentations and other activities
- Works with education partners to ensure readiness for changes to the ACCA qualification and other products and services
- Supports education partners with ACCA processes including accreditation to develop engagement and improve performance
- Understands economic and market trends, education sector developments, competitor activities and ACCA’s product and service offering
The Person
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrable experience in business development and business-to-business relationship management, ideally in an education environment
- Understanding of the education and skills landscape, including an understanding of ACCA’s qualification, products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to plan, manage and work on own initiative to deliver results within strict deadlines and budgets
