| Essential Functions & Responsibilities: |
| | | 1. Perform maintenance and repairs throughout CU facilities as assigned by Facilities Manager. |
| | 2. Manage small dollar contract agreements for recurring vendors including landscaping and snowplowing. Approve related invoices. |
| | 3. Respond to staff facilities-related requests as assigned by Facilities Manager. |
| | 4. Maintain system to provide adequate inventory of supplies and maintenance products at all buildings. Work with Facilities Manager to ensure best pricing and most streamlined system. |
| | 5. Follow safety standards which comply with NorthCountry, State and Federal guidelines. Complete facilities-related courses as identified by Facilities Manager. |
| | 6. Develop an understanding and working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. |

| Knowledge and Skills: |

| Experience | Three years to five years of similar or related experience. |

| Education | (1) A two-year college degree, OR (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, OR (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, OR (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. |

| Other Skills | Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance, for example, painting, simple plumbing and carpentry. Must have a valid driver's license. |

| Physical Requirements | Regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must be able to climb stairs and use a ladder. |
