Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager
(European Truck & Trailer Spare Parts Experience is Mandatory)

Industry: Automotive Spare Parts
DFT Auto Parts is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a strong background in European truck and trailer spare parts. The ideal candidate must currently be working in the same industry and have a proven track record in aftermarket spare parts sales.
Candidates with international business development experience, particularly within African markets, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales of European truck and trailer spare parts.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Travel internationally to develop and support customers, particularly in African markets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical support to customers when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket spare parts sales.
- European truck and trailer spare parts experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket spare parts and industry applications.
- Proven international travel experience, preferably within African markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE automotive spare parts market will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
