About the role
Join our dynamic team as a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead, where your attention to detail and leadership will directly impact project delivery and product quality. • We are seeking a driven Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our project solutions. • You will create comprehensive test cases, datasets, and environments while conducting functional, non-regression, and UAT testing according to project timelines. • Take ownership of UAT, ensuring successful validation and go-live while organizing end-to-end tests. • Maintain clear documentation in SharePoint and provide regular updates on project status through our Project Management platform. • Oversee ticket management, ensuring clarity in issue descriptions and proper handling by responsible teams. • Identify risks, raise alerts, and follow through on any blocking issues during the validation process. • Collaborate closely with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity. • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and assist with knowledge transfer to team members. • Support operational teams in training members using completed test cases.
About you
You are an experienced QA professional with a Master’s degree and over two years of hands-on experience in software QA methodologies and testing tools. Your expertise in designing automated and non-automated testing solutions ensures that you can effectively break down feature requirements into efficient testing scenarios. With meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, you excel in coordinating testing efforts and collaborating with diverse teams to validate project functionalities.Your professional skills:• You possess a strong knowledge and passion for software QA methodologies and processes.• Your experience includes designing automated and non-automated testing solutions from scratch.• You have the expertise to break down feature requirements to design efficient targeted and end-to-end testing scenarios.• You demonstrate strong test planning, prioritization, and coordination abilities.• Your excellent communication skills allow you to interact effectively with all levels of end users and technical resources.Your soft skills:• You exhibit meticulous attention to detail in your work processes.• Your previous experience includes taking ownership of validating features and certifying projects end-to-end with high quality.• You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of individuals with varying expertise.• Your adaptability allows you to pivot when faced with dynamic objectives, such as when a build breaks.• You demonstrate empathy in understanding users' pain points and organizational skills in managing a test suite.
