Cutting Edge Countertops, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality countertops and surfaces, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Perrysburg, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the quote-to-order process of each project.
• Move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details.
• Set and manage Customer expectations.
• Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed.
• Contact Customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order.
• Strong organizational skills. Must be able to work efficiently and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Plan effectively and achieve objectives for customer needs and deadlines regularly.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
• Ensure effective and high-quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor when collaborating with customers and team members.
