Job Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Plan and conduct weekly customer visits (new & existing clients)
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Ensure timely delivery of goods according to customer requirements
- Monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery before month-end
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Coordinate with Operations team on order progress
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer records
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate advice to customers
Job Requirements
- If no academic qualification but possess experiences in related field will be considered.
- Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Experience in construction industry (formwork, modular shoring, building materials) is an advantage
- Sales experience preferred (candidates with relevant experience but no formal qualification are welcome)
- Own transport (car) and valid driving license
- Willing to travel
- Familiar with MS Office
1. How is the commission calculation? Depends on collection
Average range per month usually able to reach up how much ? 5-6k above or more
2. Need to serve existing customers and open a new market? New client
3. Working days and hours 830-530pm, monday to friday outstation salesman report to office min 1 time weekly
