Are you ready for a new challenge?Expert is a tech start up that has developed a digital platform allowing customers to book any service anytime anywhere with a simple tap of an App. We want to revolutionize and change the way people book services.We require a passionate driven Country Manager to run Expert operations in London and the rest of the UK.  Job RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with overall responsibilities of daily business operations and day to day running of Expert Digital Services. 1. Coordinate daily business operations, ensuring organizational excellence2. Help management implement organizational objectives, strategies, policies and tactics3. Drive the business of the UK organisation with responsibility of sales and operations4. Manage key outsourced and insourced business – critical functions 5. Define and identify new opportunities to drive commercial growth in the region.6. Provide development, coordination and oversight of:Superior customer service protocols, maintaining professional relationships with team members and clients, with a commitment to quality serviceEnsuring that App services are delivered to the highest standards and customers are fully satisfied with the serviceEnsuring that service partners meet consumer demand, making decisions on the number of onboarding partnersTraining and monitoring of your team members to ensure company objectives are metQualities:Passion: Someone who is incredibly passionate about people and business. You need to be able to think fast and be capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. Flexibility: This role will require flexibility beyond working hours.
