## Tasks

**Your Role – Regulatory & Legal Focus**

• As a **Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer**, you support our clients with the **legal interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements**.

• This role is positioned **between operational compliance execution and senior legal advisory**.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and interpret **German and EU regulatory developments**

(BaFin, EBA, ESMA)

• Conduct **regulatory impact assessments**

(WpIG, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, DORA)

• Support the development of **legally sound compliance frameworks**
• Advise clients during **audit preparation and supervisory communication**
• Contribute to structured compliance concepts and documentation

## Requirements

**Your Background**

• Several years of professional experience in **compliance, legal advisory or regulatory risk**
• Strong knowledge of **German and EU regulatory frameworks**
• Academic background in **law, finance, economics or a related field**
• Structured, analytical working style and confident client communication
• Interest in **RegTech and practical regulatory implementation**
