Key responsibilities
- Own FINOPS execution across Area/Country with GSC partnership, including KPIs and performance visibility
- Define clear end-to-end roles, governance, and execution standards
- Ensure adherence to global FINOPS processes through training and controls
- Lead a high-performing team with a continuous improvement mindset
- Identify process gaps and drive structured improvement initiatives
- Deliver functional training in collaboration with SMEs
- Partner with Sales on upstream compliance (rate cards, contract management)
- Drive performance tracking through dashboards and insights
- Foster innovation and operational excellence
- Attract and develop talent with strong learning plans
We’re looking for
- Strong understanding of accounting principles within a finance operations environment
- Proven analytical capability with ability to identify root causes and solve problems
- Solid business acumen and performance management experience
- Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
- Track record in driving process standardisation and continuous improvement
- Digital mindset with openness to adopting new tools and ways of working
- Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-driven approach
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
