Personal Assistant

Everlight Solar is seeking a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events, and personal errand-based tasks. This is a In-person, full-time, entry level position. Travel required. Looking for our “Devil Wears Prada” assistant!

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Clerical errands including mail drop-off
• Frequent personal errands
• Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of clerical work required
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
• Must be 21+ years old
• No experience required
• Experience in administrative tasks preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend
• Must be willing and able to travel
  
• Good organizational skills
• Have a confident, positive personality
• Practice strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/ year
