What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
· Perform preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.
· Assist CSEs with customer troubleshooting and escalate technical or service-related issues when needed.
· Provide service support for urgent cases within the defined A-CSE scope.
· Act as the frontline contact for understanding customer issues and transferring accurate information to the CSE or CSM.
· Complete daily data collection, basic recovery activities, and service documentation.
· Build positive customer relationships and support customer satisfaction through timely service coordination.
· Support return material authorization processes, including customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs, within the defined process.
· Support new-tool move-in activities, including uncrating, tooling organization, parts movement, and PIP 6S checks.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. New College Graduates are welcome to apply.
· Basic English proficiency, with the ability to read technical documents and communicate effectively in writing.
· Strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge and skills.
· Positive work attitude, strong execution capability, and commitment to delivering quality work.
· Ability to collaborate in a team environment and follow established processes and procedures.
· Customer service mindset and willingness to support customer needs promptly.
· Motivation to develop a long-term career in a multinational technology organization.
