Responsibilities
The role of a Business Analyst revolves around the successful implementation and support of ERP software (specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management) for various international clients. We are looking for a candidate with a strong financial background who can effectively understand and translate finance-related business processes into functional solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Converting customer needs into functional solutions
- Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
- Providing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM to support team
- Process and gap analysis regarding application configuration for a specific module or functionality
- Post Go-live training and support
- Quality Assurance and testing
- Travelling to client sites whenever needed
Qualifications
- Higher education in Finance, Economics or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Previous work experience in finance or accounting
- At least 1 year of practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP, 1C, etc.)
- Experience as a Dynamics F&SCM Consultant will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
