Recruiting Associate
For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has helped organizations solve complex business and technical challenges by connecting them with specialized expertise. We work across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare, providing services that range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs.
Our work is built on understanding what each organization needs and bringing the right people and approach to the challenge. Behind that work are teams across Oxford who strengthen how we operate, support our people, and help us deliver for clients. If you’re looking for a place where your work connects to a larger purpose and has a visible impact, there’s an opportunity to do that here.
What We’re Looking For
Every successful placement at Oxford starts with a recruiter who knows how to find the right talent and build strong, lasting relationships. The Oxford Recruiter Academy is designed to teach you how to do just that.
This 6-week, paid, temp-to-perm training program is built for early-career professionals looking to launch a career in recruiting. Through hands-on training and in-person collaboration with a cohort of peers, you’ll gain practical experience from day one while building the skills needed to succeed as a recruiter. The Academy also serves as a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities at Oxford.
During the Academy, you’ll take on the core of the recruiter role: sourcing, update calls with consultants, and consultant interviews. Your work helps Oxford connect clients with specialized technical talent.
We’re looking for people who are curious, strong communicators, detail-oriented, coachable, and motivated by building relationships through meaningful conversations.
Reports to Oxford Academy Director
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Cohort Start Date: January 25, 2027
What You’ll Do
- Source talent. Find and engage qualified technical consultants using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Nexus.
- Stay connected with consultants. Call consultants in our network to check in, learn what’s next for them and ask for referrals
- Interview with care. Conduct consultant interviews that assess fit, interest, and technical depth in your discipline, and route consultants in Nexus.
- Book interviews at volume. Work daily call targets and handle common objections, including pay rate, exclusivity, and availability.
- Grow through coaching. Recieve live call coaching, scorecard debriefs, and time shadowing senior recruiters, then use that feedback to improve every week
