Venture Capital Job – Founder’s Office – GrowthCap Ventures

We’re growing the team at GrowthCap Ventures, and I’m looking for a Founder’s Office to work alongside me day to day.

This is an AI first role. You’ll automate dashboards for our leadership team, run follow-ups and reminders so nothing slips, and keep the fund’s work moving across founders, investors and partners.

You should be good with numbers and AI tools. A perfect CV matters less to me than ownership, discretion and a real curiosity to learn how a fund runs.

In return, you’ll sit close to the work: deals, portfolio, fundraising and events. I’ll share what I’ve picked up and make sure you meet some of the founders and people I’ve worked with.

What we look for:

1. Graduate, any discipline
2. 2+ year in an EA, have fund exposure, operations or coordination role in a fund setup
3. Strong written and spoken English
4. Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and trackers along with AI tools
5. Discretion and attention to detail
6. Mumbai, full-time, in office
7. Immediate joiners preferred
