Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop effective marketing materials and digital promotions, aligned with Invesco’s brand and product strategies, to communicate compelling product messages to clients and investors.
- Lead advertisement creation and thought leadership contents with working closely with sales, product and strategist team not only in Japan but also in global offices by using PPT and design tools or contractors.
- Plan, execute and manage initiatives leveraging owned media channels to deepen engagement with clients and investors, and measure and optimize their effectiveness.
- Organizing promotional events/seminars and measuring their success/subjects.
- Work closely with the sales and product team to provide holistic services with clients.
- Plan and organize the project, set deadlines and milestones, and manage the resources and budget effectively.
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Over 3 years of experience on marketing in financial industry
- Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Proficiency in using Power Point and Excel
- Data mining skills by using Bloomberg
- Experience on managing SNS accounts is preferred.
- English in business level
Formal Education:
- University graduate or higher
Formal Qualifications:
Type I Securities Sales Representative License (証券外務員一種) is required. If not currently held, it must be obtained after joining the company.

- Ability to multitask and process practical time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to function reasonably under time constraints and within established deadlines with attention to detail.
