GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To maintain the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it
JOB DESCRIPTION
▪ Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
▪ To track orders and ensure timely delivery
▪ To review quality of purchased products
▪ To enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
▪ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
▪ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
▪ Maintain safety and sanitation standards in area under his/her care.
▪ Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education:
▪ Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Finance or equivalent
Knowledge and Experiences:
▪ At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Finance
▪ Familiarity with supply chain
▪ Experience in food and beverages industry will be an extra advantage
▪ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface with various levels of the organization
