Our team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development of qualifications packages, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and proposals by creating clear, compelling, and visually consistent documents. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the proposal team and technical teams to gather, organize, and translate information into polished proposal layouts and graphics that align with company brand standards and solicitation requirements.

What you will do: 

• Design and produce proposal and SOQ documents, including page layouts, covers, templates, section dividers, presentation materials, and supporting design elements
• Create proposal-specific graphics, including infographics, process diagrams, organizational charts, project maps, callout boxes, project schedules, and other visual elements that clearly communicate technical information
• Collaborate with proposal managers, technical staff, and subject matter experts to gather content, clarify information, and develop visuals that strengthen the proposal response
• Apply and maintain consistent formatting, typography, color, imagery, and hierarchy throughout proposal documents in accordance with brand standards and solicitation requirements
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal templates, page styles, graphic components, and layout standards to improve quality, consistency, and production efficiency
• Format proposal content for readability, visual impact, and branding compliance
• Support proposal reviews and production milestones by incorporating edits, updating layouts and graphics, and preparing final files for electronic or printed submission
• Perform quality-control reviews of proposal documents to confirm visual consistency, accurate formatting, legibility, completeness, and final production quality presentations

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing professional who excels at transforming complex information into clear, visually engaging content. You bring strong expertise in document design, infographics, and visual communication, while effectively managing multiple priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality results.

What you bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines
