Manager Markets & Channels Development - Too Faced

## Description

​​The Markets & Channels Development Manager supports commercial growth and sell out acceleration by helping translate priorities into tailor made trade marketing and channel activation plans for key retail partners.​ ​The role focuses on day-to-day commercial enablement, supporting Sephora, Douglas, pure players and online channels, ensuring strong execution, performance tracking and continuous optimization of trade and omnichannel initiatives at market level.​​

​COMMERCIAL & TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT: driving Execution with Key Retail Partners​

• ​Support the development and rollout of retailer specific trade marketing plans, with a strong focus on Sephora Europe, Douglas, pure players and e commerce channels.​
• ​Contribute to channel-differentiated activation plans, ensuring the right intensity, tactics by retailer and channel.​
• ​Help adapt priorities into commercially relevant GTM executions, aligned with Key Account strategies and retailer calendars.​
• ​Support the preparation of launch toolkits, trade decks, and activation meetings to enable strong execution in markets.​
• ​Work closely with senior commercial managers, Key Account, VM and Online teams to ensure coherent in-store and omnichannel execution.​

​CHANNEL & OMNICHANNEL ACTIVATION: Paid, Owned & Earned Through a Commercial Lens​

• ​Support the implementation of Paid, Owned and Earned activations, ensuring alignment with retailer strategies and commercial objectives.​
• ​Assist in shaping consumer journeys by channel, connecting media, CRM, in-store and online touchpoints to drive recruitment and conversion.​
• ​Support execution of sampling, CRM and media activations tailored to key retailers and local market needs.​
• ​Work with Digital, CRM, Online and agency partners to ensure retailer-relevant content and activation consistency.​
• ​Support performance monitoring by tracking launch results, promotions and key trade moments; benchmark sell‑out, KPIs and activation effectiveness across key retailers; analyze competitor activity and channel trends to identify optimization opportunities and share recommendations with the Senior Manager​

​OPERATIONAL & EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE​

• ​Partner with Demand Planning, Supply and Commercial teams to support launch readiness and execution follow up.​
• ​Contribute to the forecast and reforecast process through analysis, data consolidation and market alignment.​
• ​Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency of trade and in-store materials.​
• ​Manage timelines, execution checklists and reporting to ensure smooth cross functional coordination.

## Experience

• ​​​Experience in product marketing and 360° consumer-centric marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, social, content, in-store, and CRM.
• ​Strong marketing fundamentals, with the ability to support both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and a consumer-focused mindset.
• ​Good analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions and track performance.
• ​Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly share insights and updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
• ​Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital, social, and earned media channels, with an interest in emerging trends and technologies.
• ​Proactive and eager to learn, with a collaborative attitude and willingness to support testing and iterative improvements.
• ​Operationally focused with a hands-on approach, adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
