Job Summary
There are a growing number of tasks and activities that the business is identifying that can be carried out by a Finance Administration Assistant.   Appropriate supervision and training will be given for bespoke internal systems. 

What You Will Do

• Log in to and enter information on client portals relating to invoices  
• Enter information on internal systems 
• Check billing and other information and query apparent errors  
• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly 
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs 
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods 
• Prepare relevant reports as needed 
• Provide general data entry and administration support as needed. 

What We Expect of You

• High School Diploma and some Tertiary qualification such as a bookkeeping qualification or other business diploma. 
• 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 
• Competent computer skills to be able to navigate websites and to use and switch between programs and websites; and 
• Data entry into a computer quickly and accurately.

• Good communication skills in person, over video calls, by email and instant messaging. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Ability to think logically and follow instructions. 
• Confident to raise issues when seeing error and to challenge processes as required; and  
• Numerate.
