The Engagement and Alumni Relations Consultant develops and manages programs and initiatives that engage constituents and strengthen their relationship with the COM, SHRS, and Wexner Medical Center (WMC). This includes coordinating alumni, grateful patient and donor events and programs designed to inspire meaningful engagement with WMC units, including the James/Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) and the College of Medicine. The role develops and executes engagement strategies for both targeted and broad audiences through ongoing initiatives and events, while creating experiences that move constituents along the engagement and philanthropic continuum. This role involves close collaboration with Alumni Society leadership, students, the Ohio State Alumni Association, and colleagues across COM and SHRS.

Reporting to the Director, Alumni and Constituent Engagement, the Consultant will work independently, making informed decisions, solving problems, negotiating, and adapting to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, writing, and collaboration skills, ensuring effective engagement and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
