• Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday 6am-6pm (shift 401)
• Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday 6pm-6am (shift 402) – offers 15% shift differential
• Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm (shift 403)
• Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday 6am-6pm (shift 404) – offers 15% shift differential

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this role, you'll help build a skilled and productive workforce by delivering hands-on training, coaching employees, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Your work will directly contribute to employee success, workplace safety, quality performance, and operational excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Conducts established training programs in manufacturing environments.

• Delivers hands-on, and on-the-job training to new and existing employees.

• Monitors training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques and recommends improvements as needed.

• Assists in the development and updating of training materials, visual aids, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Partners with supervisors and department leaders to identify training needs and support employee development.

• Maintains working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures, and equipment within the manufacturing environment.

• Supports safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives through effective training programs.

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

HOW YOU WILL GET THERE?

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE

• 4- 6 years' experience in a manufacturing, training, operations, education or related environment. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and facilitate engaging training sessions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems, with the ability to create and maintain training materials, reports, and documentation.

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply work instructions, procedures, technical documents, and training materials.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect data, draw conclusions, and interpret production metrics.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement principles preferred.
