About the role

We are looking for an Intern to join the team behind HR, finance and office management at Holy, on our mission to build the world’s first autonomous factory for carbon fiber manufacturing. 

Do you enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly? Do you want to see up close how a fast-growing deep-tech startup works behind the scenes? Are you happy to take care of the administrative backbone, so that our engineers can focus on building the factory?

What you will do

• Support the whole company with all kinds of administrative and organisational topics.

• Take care of orders and service providers and handle day-to-day office organisation.

• Support our recruiting by coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, application management and helping to prepare a great onboarding for new team members.

• Help with finance administration, from preparing receipts for bookkeeping to keeping our invoice management organised.

• Be a helping hand for your team members across engineering, production and management and become a go-to person for many questions in the company.

• Get real insights into how an early-stage deep-tech company runs, from HR to finance and office organisation.

What we are looking for

• You keep track of many tasks at once, from an open invoice to an interview that needs scheduling, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.When something is unclear, you find out rather than wait, and you know when it is time to ask for help.

• You are confident with common office tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and pick up new tools quickly, for example Notion, Personio or Slack.

• You handle personal and financial data with discretion and care.

• You communicate clearly and in a friendly way, with colleagues as well as with candidates and external partners.

• You speak fluent German and English.

• You are available for an internship of at least 6 months, ideally full-time (mandatory or voluntary internship).

• PLUS: You study or have studied a related field such as Business Administration, Business Psychology or HR Management, or you have gained first experience in an office, or HR role, for example through a previous internship or working student job.
