Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and adaptability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectures is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate technology solutions seamlessly across different business units.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in solution definition that meets complex capability requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance within large-scale environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural consistency and innovation.
- Familiarity with platform integration and customization to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
