Purpose
Support the launch, stabilization and continuous improvement of an Inverter manufacturing processes, contributing to scrap reduction, higher production yields and process robustness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ramp-up activities for new inverter products.
- Analyse production issues and support corrective actions.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives.
- Support shopfloor problem-solving activities.
- Assist with production data analysis and reporting.
- Update work instructions and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Monitor improvement actions and implementation status.
Profile
- Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Interest in automotive manufacturing and industrial processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a production environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
