As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support and incident management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and storage technologies to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks to manage large datasets.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline data processing and support tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
