You Have:

• Experience managing complex IT, data, or analytics programs in secure, hybrid, or multi‑enclave environments
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, PI coordination, and roadmap development
• Ability to translate mission workflows and stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, execution plans, and actionable milestones
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communication across stakeholders, applying critical thinking to resolve complex challenges
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project or program management, or 12+ years of experience in project or program management in lieu of degree

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with AI/ML or data‑driven workflows, such as multimodal analytics or entity extraction
• Experience to modern cloud or DevSecOps environments, including containerized applications or microservices
• Experience coordinating projects across hybrid cloud or multi‑enclave systems
• Knowledge of data governance concepts like access controls, lineage, or recordkeeping
• Agile or project management certification such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
