PMO Manager

The ANZ PQ Project Management Office (PMO) is scaling due to impressive growth in data centres. As such, we are looking for a PMO Manager to manage governance, process, project controls and forecasting activities.

We are looking for someone to establish a scalable PMO backbone required to standardise delivery, strengthen portfolio controls, improve resource and financial forecast accuracy, embed lessons learned and provide reliable leadership visibility.

## Key Duties:

• Implement and embed a consistent PMO governance framework, and system including methodology, RACI, stage-gates, templates, document standards and review cadences across the project lifecycle.
• Establish portfolio project controls and leadership reporting covering schedule, cost, scope/change, risk, margin, delivery timelines and resource utilisation.
• Implement a dependable resource and financial forecasting model that supports hiring, allocation, capacity planning and monthly margin reviews.
• PMO governance, standards and assurance, including methodology compliance, stage-gate adherence, audits and close-out lessons learned.
• Implement and manage portfolio project controls, KPI reporting and data integrity across PM Hub / Leankor, SAP, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Resource capacity, revenue, cost and margin forecasting, together with measurable process improvement and automation.
• Standardise governance and project controls across diverse delivery pods without taking ownership away from the accountable delivery leaders.
• Work with project partners where governance or portfolio reporting is required; approved service providers, subcontractors and suppliers; software / systems partners and external auditors as applicable.
• Improving data quality, tool adoption and forecast accuracy across PM Hub / Leankor, SAP, SharePoint and Power BI while reducing administrative burden.
• Support rapid PMO growth and a large data-centre backlog while protecting safety, quality, on-time delivery and margin performance.

## Qualifications:

• At least 8 years experience in project management / PMO roles, with demonstrated leadership in governance, project controls, process improvement and resource or financial forecasting.
• Experience working with other critical power OEM’s or data-centre infrastructure providers, engineering consultancies, EPC contractors, construction-services groups or industrial technology organisations.
• PMO leadership or project-controls experience in complex, multi-project environments. Preferred sectors include data centres, critical power, electrical infrastructure, construction, engineering services or industrial technology.
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. PMP or equivalent strongly preferred; PMP, P3O or another PMO / governance qualification desirable.
• PM Hub / Leankor / Salesforce, SAP project module or comparable ERP, SharePoint, Power BI and advanced Excel. Strong exposure to scheduling, cost control and risk-management tools; SafetyCulture familiarity desirable.
