Compensation Package

- Attractive commission structure: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a book of business, with a target of bringing over at least $250,000 in revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the existing portfolio.
- Focus on mid-market accounts, with an emphasis on real estate while remaining open to other industries.
- Collaborate with a skilled service staff to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and the ability to write across various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, with in-office presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
