MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be from the Insurance or Insurance Broking industries
• Strong exposure to Corporate Sales in Non-EB / commercial lines.
• Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a composite insurance and reinsurance broking and has built a strong presence, particularly in the commercial lines and species space.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across various industry segments.
• Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, strategic alliances, and market mapping.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Risk Managers.
• Strong Exposure in Non- Employee Benefits products like Property, Marine, Infrastructure, Engineering, Cyber, Trade Credit, Energy , Aviation.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added advantage.
