We're looking for an organized, service-oriented Office Coordinator who enjoys creating exceptional employee and client experiences while keeping our office running smoothly.
The role
If you're someone who thrives on variety and loves being the person who keeps everything on track, this role is for you. As Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating internal events, assisting leadership, and creating a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative support across multiple teams.
- Organize meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense submissions for senior leadership.
- Plan and execute internal meetings, office events, professional development sessions, and client functions.
- Manage office communications, office-wide announcements, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor office supplies, facilities, vendors, and maintenance requests to ensure an efficient workplace.
- Support onboarding activities and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources team.
- Maintain welcoming, organized meeting rooms, common areas, and client spaces.
- Provide reception coverage and general office support as required.
Qualifications
- College diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in an office coordinator, office administrator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and executive administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Zoho, Maconomy, or ChatGPT/AI platforms is considered an asset.

Expected Compensation
- The expected salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
