Overview

We are looking for a technology-oriented media professional who can drive the performance and amplification of creator-led content across digital platforms. The role will focus on media optimization, content boosting and platform-led performance, particularly across the Meta and Google ecosystems.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how creator content can be enabled, amplified and optimized through media, while leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive media optimization and performance across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.

• Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns supporting creator-led content and social-first campaigns.

• Manage content boosting and amplification, ensuring creator content reaches the right audiences at the right scale.

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize towards KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROAS and overall efficiency.

• Work closely with creative, social and media teams to identify opportunities to improve the performance of creator-led content.

• Explore and implement AI-driven tools, automation and platform technologies to improve campaign efficiency and decision-making.

• Develop a strong understanding of platform capabilities, APIs and technology integrations that can enhance media activation and optimization.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive media processes and improve campaign workflows.

• Leverage data, platform insights and technology to troubleshoot performance issues and develop effective solutions.

• Stay updated on evolving Meta and Google platform features, APIs, automation capabilities and AI applications relevant to digital media.

• Contribute to testing and experimentation across platforms to identify new ways of improving media performance.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology-enabled media solutions.

Qualifications

• Around 4 -6 years of relevant experience in digital media, media optimization, performance marketing or a technology-led media environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Experience in boosting, amplifying and optimizing creator/influencer-led content.

• Strong understanding of digital media metrics, campaign optimization and performance measurement.

• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms and emerging marketing technologies.

• Understanding of APIs, platform integrations or technical capabilities within digital advertising platforms will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify the root cause of performance challenges.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with media, creative, social and technology teams.
