Customer Support Advisor (C1 English) – Lisbon, Portugal
We are hiring a Customer Support Advisor for a technology-focused customer support role in Lisbon.
If you have technical support experience, are tech-savvy, and have an interest in AI and emerging technologies, we would be interested in hearing from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot account access and technical issues
- Support customers with billing and invoicing queries
- Guide and support customers in using products and services
- Provide timely and professional responses
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Requirements
- Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Customer Support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of technology and digital products
- Interest in AI and new technologies
- C1 level of English or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Salary: €1,250 gross/month
Important: We can consider only candidates currently based in Lisbon who have a valid Portuguese residence permit/right to work.
