About the role
We have a new opportunity for a pro-active and result-driven individual to join as Senior Management Accountant.
In this role you will work closely with the stakeholders and the Regional Finance Business Partner. Some of your core activities will involve producing accurate and timely management reporting for our Americas region providing regular cashflow forecasting together with analysing cash movements and assisting with budgets to ensure that effective financial control is maintained working with the local service providers. This is a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the regionals financial reporting and results.
This is a key role within the team, which means that strong communication skills are critical, whilst being able to present information in a clear and accessible manner to a variety of audiences to be successful. You would also be managing a small team and support their growth and development within the business.
We are seeking a finance professional with significant Management Accounting experience within a complex matrix organisation together team leadership exposure and strong stakeholder management skills.
About you
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Demonstrable Management Accounting experience gained ideally within a multinational/currency environment.
- Substantial management information reporting and statutory accounts preparation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with some prior management exposure,
- Constructive challenger with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- SAP and Power BI are advantageous
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Location: This is a full time, hybrid role with 2 days on site (one of which is Tuesday) at our offices in Manchester.
