Join Navico Group (Brunswick) and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support across our marine electronics portfolio in APAC.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll act as an escalation point, supporting dealers, OEMs, and internal teams with technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and service excellence. You’ll work across a broad range of systems - from MFDs and radar to power and digital switching - helping resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide Tier 2+ technical support across phone, email, and on-site engagements
• Diagnose and resolve system and installation issues
• Support dealers, OEMs and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes
• Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point within the APAC service team
• Actively mentoring and developing young talent.

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries
• Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
