Bookkeeper

Perform professional accounting work, including compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. The role requires an understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles, as well as experience in bookkeeping. Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: ledgers and preparation of journal entries, fixed asset or inventory accounting, preparation of trial balance or financial statements, cost accounting, bank account reconciliation.

דרישות: 

הנהלת חשבונות:

• השכלה בתחום הנהלת חשבונות- עדיפות לסוג 3
• וותק של שנתיים לפחות
• קליטת חשבוניות ספקים (ישראל וחו"ל).
• הכנת מס"ב ותשלומים לספקים בארץ ובחו"ל
• ממשקים עם מחלקות אחרות בארגון ( רכש, מש"א , תפ"י, ייצוא, ייבוא)
• ביצוע הפרשות חשבונאיות חודשיות בספרי הנהלת החשבונות
• הנהלת חשבונות כללית (משימות דינמיות)
• ניסיון מוכח במעקב וניתור הוצאות חריגות לצד ניתוח אנליטי של כרטסות נבחרות.
• התאמת כרטיסי ספקים
• היכרות עם מערכת "פריוריטי" – יתרון משמעותי
• הפקת מידע מהמערכת לצורך הפקת דוחות חודשיים
• יכולת עמידה בלו"ז צפופים
