Assistant Facilities Manager (Soft Services)

Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand

Position Summary: Oversee and manage all soft services operations including cleaning, security coordination, waste management, landscaping, and administrative support services to maintain a professional, safe, and compliant data center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage soft services contracts and vendor performance
• Supervise housekeeping, security coordination, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Develop and implement soft services policies and procedures
• Manage budgets and control costs for soft services operations
• Coordinate with hard services teams for integrated facility management
• Monitor service quality and implement improvement programs
• Handle pest control, waste management, and environmental programs
• Manage access control coordination and visitor management systems
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of soft services areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in facilities management with focus on soft services
• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments preferred
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of safety, security, and environmental compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Budget management experience
• Proficiency in English and Thai
