We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of high-quality workplace and facilities services in Budapest. In this role, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day site operations, maintain a safe and efficient working environment, and contribute to an exceptional employee and client experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the wider facilities team, you will play an important role in operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Support the daily management of facilities operations, ensuring the workplace remains safe, efficient, clean, and well-maintained
• Deliver a high standard of customer service by responding to work orders, stakeholder requests, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and vendor services while monitoring work quality and completion against agreed standards and KPIs
• Conduct regular site inspections, walkthroughs, and safety audits to ensure compliance with operational, health & safety, and environmental standards
• Manage activities within the Corrigo Helpdesk platform, including work order allocation, tracking, and reporting
• Assist with audits, compliance documentation, reporting activities, and business continuity procedures across the site
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive operational improvements, service excellence, and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Provide flexible operational support across facilities activities, including reception, visitor support, post handling, and switchboard assistance when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or educational background in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related environment
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors
• Good understanding of workplace operations, health & safety practices, and facilities service delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Confidence working independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to high operational standards and continuous improvement
