1. Manage the Operations Quality (in manufacturing sites), Customer Quality, and Supplier Quality organizations within the local region and corporate related functions.
2. Provide assistance and support to the company's transformation to a Zero-Defect Quality Mindset by translating strategies into goals and executable actions for areas of responsibility.
3. Drive continuous quality improvement in both high-volume manufacturing and high mix/low volume environments.
4. Proactively manage and collaborate within the company to ensure that we are properly servicing our customers (internal and external) to deliver expected responsiveness and avoid escalations.
5. Positively collaborate closely with Product Development teams and Operation teams to ensure new products launch on time while meeting the stated quality goals for the program. Improve hand-off from development into serial production.
6. Manage regional quality budgets to ensure we are delivering Quality support at a cost within the committed annual plan.

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
