Profile Overview:
Finance Manager is responsible for managing finance, budgeting & forecasting, compliances, financial analysis & planning along with ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial controls & strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data and will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Growth Prospects:
For newly qualified CAs the CTC is 13.4 LPA (11,28000/- Fixed + 2,12000- Feedback Pay)
Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
Aggressive Hikes - In May 2021 - Avg Hike was 35%

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounting: Manage and oversee entire operations of the accounting from proper accounting methods to complete annual audits
Tax & Compliance: Complete ownership to ensure that taxation practices are best in class
Setup Global Payments Business & Compliance: As we setup a global operations liasoning with industry professionals and ensuring that we set up the right legal and compliance structure
Fundraising: Complete ownership of business planning/budgeting and compliance / due-diligence and interfacing with investors to manage the funds deployed and reporting business metrics from time to time.

Be comfortable with Finance Operations works
Be able to manage a team of 3 to 5 people
Willing to learn more about business operations
Willing to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities simultaneously.

Work closely with business teams to resolve issues and improve processes

This role is not ideal for someone who is-
Not comfortable with doing financial operations work
Not okay speaking with customers on call to resolve queries
Not good at managing people
Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
Not comfortable with long working hours, i.e. 10-12 hours daily
The Recruitment Process:
1. Task Round: Task related to finance
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 detailed interviews + detailed discussions about the job profile.
3. Extending an offer: Finally, job offer is extended to the candidate.

Office Location - Connaught Place
Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
