- Serve as a team leader (technical leader) for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects.
- Lead business transformation/managed services tracks in SAP engagements.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
- Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Interface with customer representatives as needed.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Over 6 to 8 years of SAP HCM experience, including at least 2 end-to-end payroll process implementations.
- Expertise in Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration.
- Strong knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll.
- Strong process experience in SAP HCM.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Understanding and experience of integration best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
