Your Contribution
- Understand client requirements and recommend improvements to HR processes and SAP HCM solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions.
- Support testing, documentation and the adoption of system changes.
- Facilitate workshops and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
The Expertise You Bring
- Practical SAP HCM experience and a sound understanding of the HR processes within your expertise.
- The ability to translate business requirements into suitable SAP solutions.
- A degree in a business, HR or IT-related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Confident communication, effective teamwork and a clear client focus.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
