We are seeking an experienced Manager, Events to lead the planning and execution of global tradeshows, conferences, and customer events. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact event experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
EST Time Zone Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a portfolio of global events and tradeshows from concept to completion.
- Manage event budgets, contracts, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Drive event performance through strategic activation, attendee engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead on-site event operations and event staff.
- Track and report on event outcomes, ROI, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing B2B events, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with event management and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
