What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule ready mix concrete deliveries to meet customer and project requirements.
- Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations.
- Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and production demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving delivery issues and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, order information, and operational communications.
What Are We Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or transportation management systems and related technology.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, informed decisions.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

- Primarily office-based within a ready mix operations setting.
- Frequent interaction with drivers, plant personnel, customers, and operations teams.
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.
- May require flexibility in work schedules to support business and customer needs.
