Warehouse Coordinator

Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
Executes complex and critical warehouse working instructions according to defined operating procedures. Is capableof taking any operations job in the warehouse.
May be Entry level with Vocational or Technical Education or obtained broad knowledge through extensive work experience in relevant role(s),Para-professionals incumbents plan routes, anticipate transportation scheduling changes, and communicate applicable adjustments.

SUMMARY OF JOB

Responsible for general warehouse activity related to projects and customer service.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To arrange project/spare part material picking accoridng to picklist.
• To conduct cycle count ans stock take.
• To update material charge out in SAP system.
• To monitor third party warehouse material flow and communicate for the picking and packing requirement.
• Must be able to working in shift pattern.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work with tight dead line task and project.
• Operation experience in the similar industry will be added advanta
