After a customized introduction period, you will act as a technical expert in Power electrical module. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Customization of power semiconductor modules in interdisciplinary teams. Planning and execution of electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices and modules. Evaluating and analyzing data, as well as presenting the results as abase for decision-making on technical issues. Planning the build-up of prototypes in a sample lab. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are solution-orientated, highly motivated and have a broad technical interest. You study and find innovative approaches together in a team, respecting different attitudes and points of view and utilizing the resulting creative potential. Through your forward-looking planning, you always ensure a high level of quality. You successfully fulfil the requirements if you: Have successfully completed a university degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering. Have a solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components, e.g. IGBTs, MOSFETs and diodes. In addition, have initial experience in the field of electrical and thermal measurement technology. Be familiar with software solutions for the evaluation and analysis of measurement data.
