People and Culture Business Partner

We’re seeking an experienced and approachable People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and provide practical, generalist support across day-to-day employee and leader queries. Based in Nundah, this is a temporary full-time opportunity for 4–8 weeks, with an immediate start required.

What you’ll do

• Provide generalist People & Culture support and respond to day-to-day queries from leaders and employees.

• Provide practical and timely guidance on people policies, processes and employment matters.

• Assist with the preparation of P&C documentation, correspondence and reporting.

• Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and a positive employee experience is maintained.

• Assist with small projects improving capability and functionality of processes and procedures.

• Support with day-to-day queries from P&C team around award interpretation.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience working as a People & Culture Business Partner or HR Business Partner in a generalist capacity.

• Strong knowledge of generalist HR practices, policies and employee lifecycle processes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide practical and approachable support.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
