The People and Culture Business Partner Officer serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, translating business objectives into effective HR solutions and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Partner with leadership and employees to understand business needs and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s overall goals.
* Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change.
* Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and compliance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
* Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee growth and productivity.
* Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to support recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Champion VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s culture and values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
* Stay abreast of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to enhance employee and manager capabilities.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
* Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a strong advantage.
