Assistant Director of Sales' mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. This position is accountable for booking individual, group business and MICE on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects to meet with and excel the forecasted occupancy, budgeted average rate and revenue.
Recognizes and rewards long term, high performance sales professionals whose satisfaction and effectiveness are likely to be maximized in a more specialized, “individual contributor” role.

What you will do
Manage customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to DOS.
At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.

What you bring
Minimum of 2 of experience in sales management of the same position, preferably in luxury hotel brand
Require a strong understanding of overall hotel business, Ability to study.
Strong oral and written communication skills, Ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to train and develop new team members, Computer skills .
